Design, implement, and continuously enhance internal control policies and procedures for finance and manufacturing operations in Vietnam and Thailand.
Establish robust control frameworks for high-value materials like precious metals and gemstones to ensure full traceability.
Conduct periodic risk assessments across procurement (P2P), inventory management, production, and logistics.
Evaluate the effectiveness of controls in high-risk areas including inventory reconciliation, production losses, and asset management.
Coordinate internal and external audits, manage documentation, and track remediation plans.
Perform end-to-end process reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ERP system controls.
Maintain the Statement of Authority (SOA) framework and ensure effective segregation of duties.
Promote a culture of control and accountability through training and support for operational teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Risk Management.
At least 2 years of management experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-value inventory.
Strong understanding of inventory controls, production processes, and procurement controls.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with process documentation tools like Visio.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Master’s degree, MBA, or professional certifications (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CFE, CISA).
Previous experience working in a multinational company (MNC).
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
