Collect and analyze requirements for products and solutions through research, interviews, and feedback.
Contribute to requirement gathering, user clarifications, and IT walkthroughs to ensure quality delivery.
Monitor project development progress and assist the Delivery Manager with task planning and scope management.
Create professional documentation including BRD, business workflows, and data flows.
Produce detailed product and functional requirements for development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with development teams to align on schedules, feature delivery, and efficient business solutions.
Research new technologies and technical challenges.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain expertise in business domains, technologies, and solutions.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Support the evaluation of project outcomes against the planning phase.
Write UAT scenarios and support UAT and bug verification.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the direct line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Possess IT knowledge, including database schemas and simple SQL queries.
At least 1-3 years of total experience, including 1 year as a Business Analyst in requirement analysis or product development.
Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
General understanding of business processes and interest in CPG business models.
Proficiency in BA techniques, tools, and business areas.
Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
