IT Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

• Lead, mentor and develop the Information Technology team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage team performance, capability development, workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, service delivery and operational governance.
• Own the availability, performance, reliability and scalability of Titan's global IT infrastructure and enterprise platforms.
• Lead the cybersecurity strategy and develop, implement and maintain security policies, governance frameworks and controls.
• Oversee security operations including vulnerability management, threat management, security monitoring and incident response.
• Lead information security compliance activities including ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II audits.
• Ensure IT services meet service levels and business expectations.
• Build partnerships with Product, Engineering and Business teams.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and oversee technology procurement.
• Develop and manage the annual IT operating budget.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading infrastructure, operations or technical teams.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud, networking, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery.
• Demonstrated experience managing AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, including security and governance.
• Experience administering Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience in security policy development, risk management and operational controls.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Professional certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
