Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Cisco Meraki, Catalyst switches, and Forcepoint firewalls.
Support Windows environments including Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, and 2019.
Manage user identities and access via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and support endpoint management via Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT inventory, incidents, and changes.
Log and manage requests via ServiceNow.
Coordinate with local IT vendors, telecom providers, and manage vendor contracts and SLAs.
Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and data security.
Provide technical support for both the HCMC office and the Binh Duong factory site.

Yêu cầu công việc

Technician Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or infrastructure-related roles.
Technical expertise in Windows 11/Server, Cisco network gear, Forcepoint firewalls, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and ServiceNow.
Understanding of ITIL guidelines and IT asset management.
Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and communication.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational companies.
Experience supporting multi-site IT environments.
