Create and deliver content across internal channels including SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, emails, videos, and leadership communications.
Translate business updates into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly messages.
Support Town Halls, leadership announcements, and key company communications.
Maintain and improve internal communication channels.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including Town Halls, Wellbeing campaigns, Family Day, Appreciation activities, and Year-End celebrations.
Support recognition initiatives that celebrate employees and company values.
Develop creative ideas to strengthen company culture and employee experience.
Create communication campaigns and develop employee and success stories.
Support photography, video, visual design, and multimedia content creation.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR and stakeholders.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Journalism, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or related areas.
Strong communication and content writing skills in English and Vietnamese.
Creative mindset with a passion for employee engagement.
Good organizational and event coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
