Own all HR functions for the existing Vietnam operation including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.
Lead the HR workstream for a new greenfield factory build, establishing the HR function from the ground up.
Develop workforce ramp-up plans including headcount structure, staffing models, hiring sequence, and timelines.
Ensure operation compliance with Vietnamese labor and employment law during scaling.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, EHS, and Engineering departments.
Act as the primary liaison between local facility requirements and corporate/global HR leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or a related field.
Professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
7–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, primarily within manufacturing or industrial plant environments.
Experience in an international or multinational company working with global corporate leadership.
In-depth and current knowledge of Vietnamese employment and labor practices.

Master's degree or professional HR certification.
Hands-on greenfield experience, specifically helping open a new factory or standing up an operation from scratch.
Experience with large-scale workforce ramp-ups and high-volume recruiting.
Proven track record of building HR programs and infrastructure.
