Manage daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry.
Ensure property guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained through inspections and corrective action.
Coordinate guestroom status communication with the Front Desk and maintenance needs with the Engineering department.
Prepare work assignments, manage inventories of supplies, and ensure staff have proper equipment and uniforms.
Manage department controllable expenses and assist in financial management, including understanding budgets and operating statements.
Handle guest complaints and empower staff to provide excellent customer service.
Supervise staffing levels and conduct human resources activities, including training, performance appraisals, interviewing, and progressive discipline.

High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related area, OR a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major with no experience required.
