Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-team mobility programs, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Establish robust delivery governance, risk mitigation, and escalation management frameworks.
Monitor and optimize KPIs including productivity, cost-efficiency, project margins, and CSAT.
Champion the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and continuous improvement.
Build and sustain deep relationships with C-level client sponsors and internal executives.
Lead executive steering committees and high-stakes program reviews.
Assemble, mentor, and lead cross-functional delivery pods including Project Managers, Architects, QA, BAs, and SMEs.
Coach mid-level delivery managers on advanced execution frameworks.
Drive execution across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid software delivery models.

Yêu cầu công việc

15+ years of progressive career experience in software delivery, engineering leadership, and enterprise program management.
Minimum 5+ years serving in senior delivery leadership capacities with a track record of steering globally distributed programs.
Deep industry knowledge in Mobility, Railway, Transportation, Industrial IoT, OT/IT integration, or Smart Infrastructure sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
