Set growth strategy and manage campaign calendar.
Lead four key functions: e-commerce operations, brand, content, and design.
Allocate advertising budget across channels and optimize campaign performance (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta, Google).
Ensure marketing efficiency targets are met and report performance to the COO.
Define brand positioning, USP, and manage the affiliate/KOC/livestream ecosystem.
Build internal team capabilities to reduce dependence on external agencies.
Present weekly commercial reviews with revenue analysis, diagnosis, and corrective actions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
8–10 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or growth.
At least 3 years at Head or senior Manager level leading a team of six or more across multiple functions.
Direct accountability for revenue or P&L at comparable scale.
Deep working knowledge of TikTok Shop and Shopee mechanics and policy.
Ability to read P&L at SKU level and make pricing/budget decisions.
Proven track record of building capability in an underperforming team.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or FMCG sectors is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, or SQL.
Conversational English skills.

Competitive base salary, negotiable by experience, plus performance bonus tied to growth and efficiency targets.
