Take full responsibility for the commercial performance and end-to-end operation of the business.
Manage P&L, including revenue, margins, profits, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee product strategy, sourcing, pricing, inventory management, and marketing.
Identify new product opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and manage product launches.
Drive traffic and sales through affiliate networks, media buying, and various channels like Shopify and Amazon.
Lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, and ensure accountability for results.
Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, RPC, CVR, and AOV to drive data-driven decisions.

Proven experience as a senior owner-type operator, not a corporate administrator.
Direct P&L responsibility.
Experience launching and scaling products.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of performance and affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in Shopify and direct-response e-commerce.
Strong financial and analytical ability with experience managing marketing budgets.
Understanding of sourcing, inventory, and supply-chain economics.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent English skills.
Strong technology and AI proficiency.
