Trách nhiệm chính

Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly interfaces for ERP systems including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HRM, and SCM modules.
Implement UI/UX designs from Figma/Sketch while ensuring consistency and alignment with complex ERP workflows.
Build complex ERP screens including multi-step forms, approval flows, financial dashboards, and real-time reporting tables.
Integrate APIs (RESTful/gRPC, GraphQL) with ERP backend systems.
Build reusable components and optimize frontend architecture using ReactJS or Vue.js.
Optimize frontend performance, manage real-time data, and ensure responsive design.
Apply frontend security best practices.
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, BAs, consultants, and QA to deliver high-quality products.
Research and adopt new technologies to contribute to continuous improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
3.5+ years of experience in frontend development (5+ years preferred).
Experience building or customizing ERP frontend modules (Odoo, ERPNext/Frappe UI, SAP Fiori, or custom ERP).
Knowledge of ERP domain and workflows: GL/AR/AP, P2P, O2C, inventory management, and approval flows.
Proficiency in ReactJS or Vue.js (TypeScript preferred).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Styled Components, and TailwindCSS.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket.
Hands-on experience in performance optimization and SEO.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and optionally Docker.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience with SSR/SSG (Next.js/Nuxt.js) and micro frontends.
Knowledge of unit testing (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Vue Test Utils).
Mentoring experience.
Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) localization.
Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive communication, and passion for UI/UX and clean code.
