Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in accordance with Group accounting policies, IFRS requirements, and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
Manage tax compliance and reporting, including VAT, PIT, CIT, invoice-related reporting, FCT and other applicable tax filings.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and coordinate external audits, tax audits, and other regulatory inspections.
Take ownership of cash flow forecasting, treasury management, working capital, AR overdue and unbilled balance monitoring.
Support and prepare annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with business teams.
Prepare management accounts, BU-level P&L, budget vs. actual analysis, and provide financial insights on business performance.
Partner with business teams on financial and operational matters, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, profitability, and risk assessment.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to strengthen financial controls and reporting quality.
Coordinate with government agencies, tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors.
Support the Vietnam Finance Head and Regional Finance team on Group reporting and regional initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
At least 2 years of team management or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, VAS, taxation, statutory reporting, and month-end closing.
Experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, D2C, or technology businesses is an advantage.
Oracle NetSuite experience is an advantage.
Experience in inventory/SKU reconciliation, WMS, or e-commerce platform reconciliation is an advantage.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
