Trách nhiệm chính

Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients.
Create and manage analysis documents such as BRD, URD, Use Cases, User Stories, and Business Process Flows.
Analyze existing business processes and propose optimized system solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and proper implementation of requirements.
Configure HQSOFT products (DMS, Retail Systems) and manage initial client data setup.
Conduct user training and prepare manuals.
Support and coordinate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and QC teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report to the Project Manager.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot client issues.
Collaborate with Development, QC, and Project Management teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, or IT Consulting.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation.
Good command of English, particularly in documentation and communication.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
