Facilitate technical design discussions and partner with Staff Engineers/Engineering Leads to drive technical direction.
Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and innovation.
Own team delivery processes (SAFe/Scrum), project planning, and operational health.
Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development of engineers, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe culture.
Act as the communication hub between the team and stakeholders, influencing the roadmap and shielding the team from distractions.
Balance feature development, technical debt, and innovation while ensuring team understanding of business value.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong technical foundation.
Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business contexts.
Experience with performance management, coaching, and career development.
Understanding of AI-assisted development tools and their impact on productivity.
