Develop and execute customer strategies to drive retention, growth, loyalty, and advocacy across key customer segments.
Define and manage customer segmentation and monitor customer value metrics like lifetime value, retention, and engagement.
Conduct customer insights and market research including VoC, rNPS, and tNPS.
Redesign end-to-end customer journeys and build segment-led servicing models.
Foster a customer-centric culture through CX governance and employee engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
Develop customer engagement, communication, and retention strategies including lapse prevention and surrender management.
Drive growth through repurchase, cross-sell/up-sell, and referral/advocacy programs.
Lead the design and enhancement of loyalty and rewards programs and manage reward platform capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

5 – 7 years of experience in Customer Marketing, including Segmentation, Customer Growth, and Loyalty.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into business actions.
Commercial acumen to identify customer value pools and growth opportunities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
