Own and grow LittleLives’ business in Vietnam through a hands-on market-building approach.
Personally drive sales and revenue by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with preschool owners, education groups, and senior decision-makers.
Develop a repeatable go-to-market engine and sales process.
Take overall ownership of Vietnam business performance, including ARR/MRR growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Define priority customer segments and ICP, while identifying opportunities to expand market share.
Turn customer feedback into actionable commercial and product insights.
Recruit and develop a local team as the market grows.
Serve as the voice of the Vietnam market to internal regional leadership, product, and marketing teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, country management, or commercial leadership.
Proven track record in B2B sales and personally closing deals.
Strong commercial, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to operate hands-on while planning for scalability.
Comfortable engaging with founders, business owners, and senior executives.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to own revenue targets and forecasts.
Entrepreneurial and resourceful.
Fluent in Vietnamese and business English.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with software technology.
