Monitor the work of part-time collaborators to ensure standards and deadlines are met.
Review content topics and channels to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
Assist in managing the content quality and quantity control workflow.
Coordinate with departments to handle content that violates company policies.
Perform daily and weekly reporting and data analysis regarding content moderation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree (for collaborator level) or active junior/senior university student (for internship level).
Active user of and keen interest in video products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) or PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and high sense of standards for quality content.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and adapt quickly to changes.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience in BPO, content moderation, or content analysis.
Familiarity with local regulations and Vietnamese culture, particularly regarding video content.
