Manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (VAS, IFRS).
Organize, direct, and supervise the Accounting Department, including training and performance evaluation.
Develop accounting records, processes, and internal control procedures.
Prepare accurate and timely financial, management, and tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT).
Analyze financial status, business performance, and cash flow to provide strategic proposals to the Board of Directors.
Manage budgets and forecasts.
Handle tax declaration, finalization, and coordination with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Possess a valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Accounting and 5 years as a Chief Accountant in IT, Distribution, Trading, or Technology Services industries.
40-50 years old.
Mandatory proficiency in English.
Solid knowledge of VAS, IFRS, and relevant legal regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Misa, Fast, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
Strong management, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
