Organize, direct, and supervise all operations of the Accounting Department.
Manage, guide, train, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
Develop and maintain accounting records, processes, and policies ensuring compliance with standards.
Establish and implement internal control procedures.
Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, and tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT).
Analyze financial status and business performance to provide proposals to the Board of Directors.
Manage and forecast cash flow, and monitor budget implementation.
Take direct responsibility for tax declaration and finalization.
Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and banks.
Prepare documentation and data for annual independent audits.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Valid Chief Accountant Certificate issued by a competent authority.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Accounting and at least 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in IT, Distribution, Trading, or Technology Services industries.
Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and IFRS.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Misa, Fast, SAP) and MS Office.
Fluent English proficiency.
Age between 40 and 50 years old.
