Demonstrate commercial awareness to understand client business issues.
Participate in business development, networking, and sales pitches.
Act as a firm ambassador at marketing events.
Manage key client portfolios and maintain professional relationships.
Ensure compliance with firm Quality and risk management policies.
Lead teams in Internal Audit (outsourced/co-sourced), Process Risk and Control, Risk Management (workshops, frameworks), and Fraud/Forensics services.
Plan and coordinate staffing requirements.
Provide line management, motivation, coaching, and appraisals to team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Business Risk Services, or External Audit.
Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and flowcharting tools.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Innovative, proactive, energetic, and eager to learn mindset.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Prior experience in a similar role at a professional services firm or large accounting firm.
Experience in Information Systems or IT audit (ITGC/ITAC).
Holding or pursuing international professional qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CISA.
