• Analyze, support, and improve business processes within Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Support OMS processes, including order creation, modification, cancellation, status management, fulfillment, and delivery integration.
• Support WMS processes, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and stock transfers.
• Analyze and support integrations between OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP, and external systems.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of order data issues, inventory discrepancies, interface failures, and system incidents.
• Manage customer change requests (CRs) and support system enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer business and functional requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes (As-Is) and design improved workflows (To-Be).
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new functionalities and system improvements.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide operational and application support for OMS/WMS systems used by global customers.
• Communicate with international customers in English through meetings, emails, and operational discussions.
• Investigate system incidents, analyze root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
• Report incident status, resolution progress, and improvement actions to customers.
• Support system stability and continuous operational improvement.
• Participate in OMS/WMS implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects.
• Analyze the business and technical impact of customer change requests.
• Support development schedules, testing activities, and deployment coordination.
• Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and change histories.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in OMS or WMS implementation, operations, maintenance, or business analysis.
• Strong English communication skills mandatory, including participation in and conduct of business meetings with international customers, writing professional emails and business documents in English, and explaining system incidents, operational issues, and resolutions in English.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with customers and development teams.
• Ability and willingness to work two special shifts per week (one early shift and one late shift).
• Practical understanding of logistics business processes, including order management, warehouse operations, inventory management, and inbound/outbound activities.

• Ability to use SQL for data queries, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in new OMS/WMS implementation or system enhancement projects.
• Experience with API, EDI, or integrations between OMS, WMS, TMS, and ERP.
• Experience working with global logistics companies, distributors, or third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Broad knowledge of order management, inventory, warehouse operations, transportation, and delivery processes.
• Experience providing application support to international customers.

Hình thức làm việc

• Early and late shifts may be performed remotely (Work From Home). Regular shifts are office-based.

Thông tin khác

• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Shift schedule: Early shift 04:00 AM – 12:00 PM (1 day/week, remote allowed), Late shift 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1 day/week, remote allowed), Regular shift 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (3 days/week, office-based).
• Shift schedules may be adjusted with prior agreement.
• Break times, actual working hours, and applicable night-shift arrangements will comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Salary review based on performance every 6 months if basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND; if basic salary is 30,000,000 VND or more, review every year.
