Trách nhiệm chính
- Partner with domain stakeholders to drive performance improvements and enhance KPI transparency across operations.
- Lead data analysis to generate actionable insights and influence business decisions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Own and deliver scalable reporting solutions (regular & ad‑hoc), including dashboards and data visualization.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to optimize processes and performance outcomes.
- Establish and maintain robust documentation and metric frameworks to support governance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- Experience leading engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Experience building and deploying reporting in PowerBI or similar tools, using SQL to create data sets, and Excel VBA.
- Experience completing business analyst activities around Technology delivery.
- Experience contributing to high‑quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, customer journey maps, functional and non‑functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing, risk and control flows.
- Data analysis & measurement: Able to collate, filter, analyse, and interpret datasets to produce insights and conclusions.
- Planning and alignment: Ability to prioritise activities and meet obligations.
- Problem solving: able to contribute to solution proposals based on evidence, insight and viability.
- Communication & listening: Able to succinctly communicate relevant information and actively solicit and apply feedback.
- Stakeholder engagement: Ability to advocate and garner support across groups of stakeholders with different needs.
- Tools & methodology: Foundational understanding of change management, product management and risk tools, techniques, frameworks and methods.
- Risk management & compliance: foundational understanding of the risk landscape and risk management tools.
- Foundational knowledge of banking processes, systems and infrastructure.
