• Translate business problems into structured data and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data scope, metrics, and success criteria, ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems.
• Generate actionable insights using data analysis, reporting tools, and AI‑assisted capabilities to support product owners in prioritisation and product direction.
• Define and own the value definition of Lean canvas, Epic, Feature, and User Story, including backlog prioritisation.
• Translate end‑user insights into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Provide discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process.
• Partner with stakeholders to articulate product vision, document problems, define desired future states, and estimate requirements.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve overall processes.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation across multiple sources.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis, report generation, and documentation, while validating outputs.

Yêu cầu

• 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in any industry.
• Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments using Agile and Waterfall.
• Advanced skills in business modelling, drawing flows, and creating mock‑ups, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Excellent elicitation, requirement analysis, and documentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience influencing and collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Designers, and Architects.
• Strong discovery mindset, identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities within data.
• Hands‑on experience in data cleansing, transformation, and reporting workflows.
• Ability to generate insights from data and communicate business impact.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query on Excel, or other data visualisation tools.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts such as UI, API, databases, and system integration.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) and strong presentation capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted analysis and productivity tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
