Ensure the success of key sellers/brands on Shopee platform including driving revenue and smooth operation.
Build strong relationships with brands and gain their trust, understanding their business and success factors.
Educate sellers on Shopee features, promotional campaigns, and market insights.
Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure new seller products receive adequate visibility.
Implement campaigns for new sellers, analyze, and report on their performance.
Collaborate with local teams to share knowledge and replicate best practices.
Forecast volume and number of new sellers/activities required for incubation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Key Account, Merchandising, or Business Development at recognizable brands or retailers.
Proficiency in planning, analytical skills, and execution.
Ability to plan and achieve monthly/yearly commercial targets with brands.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and present in meetings.
Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact with diverse businesses and stakeholders via phone and in-person.
Good command of English.
Strong team player aptitude with a sales focus and ambition to outperform KPIs.
