Manage daily operations of Local IT services, end-user services, and onsite IT infrastructure for offices and warehouses.
Provide leadership for the Area Onsite Technology and Infrastructure Teams to ensure high-quality IT support.
Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders, vendors, and Maersk Technology teams to execute IT strategy.
Oversee warehouse IT support including network connectivity, end-user devices, server/switch rooms, and operational technology.
Handle asset lifecycle management, procurement, budget oversight, and VIP support.
Coordinate with local and global IT teams to improve service quality, modernization, and cost efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience leading a team of technical engineers and service management.
Strong IT knowledge with experience in proactive service management.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Teams, Project, and Visio.
Working knowledge of collaboration tools like Teams Rooms, video conferencing, MS Workflow, and Teams Live Events.
Understanding of end-user hardware, devices, and peripherals.
Commitment, ownership, and a strong can-do attitude.
