Trách nhiệm chính

Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from different departments.
Identify process bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and automation opportunities.
Analyze dependencies across business processes, data, and ERP modules.
Prepare business and system documentation (BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria).
Propose process improvements using AI, AI Agents, Workflow Automation, and RPA.
Design, develop, and implement solutions acting as a developer or engineer.
Coordinate issue resolution and provide user training and operational support.
Develop user manuals, guides, and FAQs.
Monitor solution effectiveness and collect post-implementation feedback.
Support employees with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and oversee AI governance and compliance.
Monitor AI adoption trends and report to management.
Liaise with Group/Regional AI teams for initiatives and best practices.
Participate in IT and Digital Transformation projects including testing and documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, ERP implementation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement.
Strong systems thinking and ability to perform root-cause analysis.
Experience in business documentation, software testing, UAT, and user support.
Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integration.
Understanding or strong willingness to learn AI, Generative AI, RPA, and Workflow Automation.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reading technical documentation in English.
Commitment to data confidentiality and ethical compliance.
