Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist

Trách nhiệm chính

Maintain full set of accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
Assist in preparing IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation.
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
Assist with cash flow tracking and payment scheduling.
Support the preparation and filing of VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and other statutory reports.
Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
Assist with tax audits and statutory audits.
Reconcile POS sales transactions and accounting records.
Support inventory accounting and cost analysis.
Assist with monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and external service providers on finance‑related matters.
