Trách nhiệm chính
- Provide high‑level executive project management across the DGD Office portfolio, integrating VMC Member responsibilities, Legal Representative obligations, and Operations Portfolio oversight.
- Coordinate and drive cross‑portfolio projects, leading regulatory and governance initiatives to ensure alignment, performance, and compliance across the Operations Portfolio.
- Design, implement and govern localized operational tracking dashboards, proposal triage mechanisms, and cross‑portfolio synchronization frameworks to optimize operational readiness and workflow efficiency.
- Act as a central facilitator within the senior leadership framework, collaborating with Business Partners, Executive Directors, and university stakeholders to build consensus and synchronize complex multi‑portfolio mandates.
- Manage and safeguard the administrative framework for the DGD’s legal representation, maintaining oversight of the Delegated Authority Register, authorization thresholds, and statutory filing deadlines.
- Lead the RMIT Vietnam policy governance lifecycle as the primary liaison for the RMITU Policy Register, ensuring local alignment through coordinated impact assessments and timely submission of amendment proposals.
- Conduct executive reviews of official submission dossiers and statutory reports to ensure strict regulatory compliance and institutional alignment.
- Drive and execute change management initiatives arising from DGD Office decisions, including impact assessment, communication planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Partner with Government Relations and/or appointed parties to orchestrate external stakeholder engagement for DGD‑sponsored initiatives, providing executive briefing packs and managing high‑stakes external correspondence.
- Evaluate, mitigate and resolve highly complex, interconnected bottlenecks that impact financial, operational, and senior stakeholder dynamics.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Project Management, Education Management or related fields.
- 10+ years of senior project leadership managing complex, multi‑portfolio initiatives, preferably within international education.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and project delivery.
- Proven expertise in navigating statutory requirements to lead policy coordination, conduct operational impact assessments and manage governance lifecycle.
- Proven budget, financial awareness, performance reporting, operational planning, and business development skills.
- Advanced experience in executive workflow management, including review of official government dossiers and maintenance of delegated authority frameworks.
- High‑level interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capacity to lead, direct, and influence senior portfolio leaders and facilitate high‑level internal, corporate, and government relations.
- Demonstrated alignment with RMIT Values, proactive approach to operational change management and inclusive workplace practices.
- Ability to display appropriate behaviours in line with the position, RMIT Values and RMIT Leadership Model.
