Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new advertising product opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of Adtima & Zalo ecosystem (Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing TV, Zing News, Báo Mới).
Define product concepts, requirements, roadmap, and success metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, BI, Operations, Sales, Planner, BD) to deliver products on time.
Monitor product performance, revenue, and effectiveness; propose optimization actions.
Lead and develop a small product team, set goals, and ensure execution quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
Strong business mindset and product thinking.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end product delivery.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Team leadership experience is required for Associate Manager level.
