Lead product ownership for multiple PATI OS products including AdLauncher, StoreLauncher, Creative Portal, AdVault, AI Portal, and Profit Center, turning department pain points into shipped internal products and maintaining them against P&L
Own briefs and roadmaps across all PATI OS products, sequence build vs buy vs kill, and ship in thin slices with continuous improvement
Design AI workflows and system architecture, including prompts, system instructions, agent roles, and context/memory, to ensure reliable model execution across PATI OS surfaces
Prioritize and align product initiatives with revenue, creative capacity, and measurable cost, translating technical options into business language for leaders
Train internal users, write playbooks, and manage rollout, feedback, bug triage, and changelog to keep products alive in production

1–3 years in Product Management or Business Analysis with a proven track record shipping digital products end-to-end
Hands‑on deploying AI/automation that non‑technical teammates actually use
System mindset: can map messy multi‑team workflows, design AI project structure, and manage context/memory for model execution
Extreme ownership in ambiguity: start without a perfect spec, experiment, absorb failure and iterate
Blunt, well‑structured communication with department leaders, translating technical logic into plain business language
Comfortable working daily on macOS or Linux
Conversational English for product and engineering alignment

Working hours: Mon–Fri 8:30–17:30, Sat 8:00–12:30
Location: Midtown M7 Signature, Street 15, Tan My Ward, HCMC
Growth path: Product Manager → Senior PM / Product Lead
Performance metrics include ownership, adoption, quality, impact, and upgrade targets
Reports to: CoS (Pep) with dotted line to CTO and CMO
Probation: 2 months at 85% pay, compensation reviewed 4 times a year
