Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for digital solutions within a banking environment.
Document business and solution requirements through BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and operational processes.
Work closely with business and development teams to clarify requirements.
Support stakeholders with clear documentation and communication.
Provide training materials and user guides to facilitate adoption.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 7 years of experience in business analysis for IT system development.
At least 5 years of business analysis experience within finance and/or banking.
Proficient in documenting requirements using BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories.
Understand corporate financial management processes integrated with banking systems.
Familiar with digital platforms delivering products and services to corporate customers.
Experience supporting IT system development projects in regulated industries.
