Implement structural engineering solutions following established workflows, manuals, building codes, and design standards.
Run structural analysis software or service tools to evaluate safety, compliance, constructability, and economics.
Prepare calculation reports, spreadsheets, drawing layouts, and material quantities for quoting, submission, fabrication, or installation.
Collaborate with customers and team members to clarify requirements, technical issues, and provide progress updates.
Adhere to quality system requirements to ensure accuracy, code compliance, and consistency.
Take ownership of mistakes and actively resolve to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Support requests from other teams needing structural engineering expertise.
Complete required training programs and apply acquired knowledge in daily work.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance work capability, performance, and support team objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related majors.
Proficiency in Windows applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Proficiency in CAD modeling (AutoCAD, Revit or similar software).
Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000).
Ability to comprehend construction documents, including architectural and engineering drawings.
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
Ability to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
English proficiency equivalent to Level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
