IT Engineer/ IT Helpdesk

Trách nhiệm chính

• Provide daily comprehensive technical support services to the local office.
• Quickly isolate and troubleshoot network, system, and application problems.
• Provide incident and after-action reports and analysis.
• Monitor existing networks, PABX, and servers; provide performance and availability reports and recommendations.
• Assist with IT infrastructure, network, and server projects.
• Assist with anti-virus system management and security‑related alert screening under the guidance of regional/global IT teams.
• Install new PCs, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
• Distribute IT equipment and maintain local IT inventory.
• Handle IT‑related procurement activities.
• Follow established procedures for completing work documentation and records.
• Maintain IT documents and service guides; contribute current technical information and best practices to the Reference Library.
• Support business processes, systems, and users by applying information technology knowledge.
• Organize and utilize all available support resources, including emails, documentation, contact lists, and other relevant materials.
• Provide basic computer training to staff.
• Assist users with periodic backup procedures in accordance with the user backup policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT Support, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Windows Server and Active Directory (AD). Experience with Linux is an advantage.
• Experience in remote IT support and familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or similar applications.
• Good knowledge of computer networks, especially TCP/IP protocols and Wi‑Fi configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related services.
• Experience with applications such as Codesoft, BarTender, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other manufacturing‑related software is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Oracle EBS and Report Builder is an advantage.
• Good command of English, with the ability to use English as a working language in daily communication and documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions independently.
• Good customer service mindset and sound judgment when handling IT‑related issues and user requests.
• A good team player with a proactive attitude, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requests effectively.
• Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Working schedule from Monday to Saturday, with 25 Saturdays off per year; Saturday attendance is flexible depending on the nature of the job and department — employees are not required to come in on Saturdays.
