Construction Sustainability Intern

Trách nhiệm chính

• Conduct desk research on construction value chains, built‑environment trends, and emerging ESG challenges across the sector.
• Track relevant regulations, green building standards, policies, and frameworks (e.g., embodied & operational carbon, LCA, EPD, decarbonization, sustainable materials).
• Help build and maintain GT's internal knowledge hub by developing practical briefs, fact sheets, benchmark studies, and presentation materials.
• Translate research and industry requirements into commercial ESG tools, frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
• Support the development and refinement of service concepts connecting GT’s core solutions with technical offerings (e.g., carbon accounting, material efficiency, partner technologies).
• Assist senior team members in drafting service concept notes, proposal decks, case studies, and business development materials.
• Support live ESG and sustainability consulting engagements for construction, real estate, and material manufacturing clients.
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing client sustainability and carbon data under the supervision of project leads.
• Contribute directly to project deliverables, including client presentations, gap assessments, benchmarking reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Map out key sector stakeholders, including developers, material manufacturers, industry associations, technical experts, and solution providers.
• Help draft collaboration proposals, joint service concepts, and outreach materials to build strategic industry partnerships.
• Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and networking activities, while tracking potential business opportunities in the built‑environment space.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học hoặc đang theo học Đại Học.
• Yêu cầu công việc: Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm; prior experience in research, consulting support, or sustainability‑related projects is an asset.
• Yêu cầu ngôn ngữ: Good written and spoken English. Vietnamese proficiency required.

Mức lương

• Thu nhập hàng tháng: 4,000,000 VND (gross).
