Support vital Spa functions by delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience.
Promote Spa services and retail offerings, schedule reservations, and confirm appointments.
Provide information about Spa services, check in guests, and process payments.
Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards.
Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Manage reservation software, visually verify information, and perform hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
