System Administrator - Managed Services (Long Thanh Airport - LTH)

• Conduct scheduled health checks on servers and network devices.
• Ensure SLA targets for incidents during shifts are met and proper escalation is followed.
• Maintain and update documentation and records on a scheduled basis.
• Track and complete scheduled maintenance activities on time.
• Track newly released patches and hotfixes from relevant OEMs and implement them on site following change‑management procedures.
• Coordinate with network providers, ISPs, and vendors during service failures or unavailability affecting system performance.
• Monitor incident trends, perform detailed analysis, and continuously identify improvement areas.
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Oversee daily IT operations to maintain high service levels for end users.
• Administer, configure, and optimize AODB, RMS, and FIDS to support seamless airport operations.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system updates to ensure high availability and security.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage system backups and disaster‑recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Support integrations between AODB, RMS, and FIDS with other airport IT systems such as BHS, ATC, and airline systems.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all connected systems.
• Collaborate with airlines, airport authorities, and technology vendors to implement new solutions.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the CUPPS environment across check‑in counters, self‑service kiosks, and boarding gates.
• Monitor CUPPS servers, application services, and peripheral devices and respond promptly to faults or degraded performance.
• Manage airline resource allocation and user/workstation configuration profiles within CUPPS.
• Coordinate with CUPPS vendors and airline IT teams on patch deployment, version upgrades, and defect resolution following change‑management procedures.
• Perform routine health checks, log reviews, and preventive maintenance on CUPPS servers and edge devices.
• Support CUPPS integration with DCS, AODB, and other passenger‑facing platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CUPPS‑related incidents within agreed SLAs, escalating to vendors or OEMs when required.
• Assist with CUPPS disaster‑recovery and business continuity planning, including backup verification and fail‑over testing.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Aviation IT support, or 8 years' experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Applications or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Servers, Microsoft SQL Database, and Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ).
• Minimum 2 years' experience with VM servers.
• Working knowledge of ITIL best practices, including SLAs, severity levels, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Requests.
• Hands‑on experience with AODB, RMS, and FIDS administration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, detail‑oriented, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with airline/airport operations, terminology, and culture.
• CCNA/MCSA certification.
• Hands‑on experience with CUPPS administration and troubleshooting.
