Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications across multiple platforms and browsers.
Document, track, and report bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
Participate in requirements review and test case review meetings.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand features and improvements.
Identify, record, and track defects thoroughly and accurately.
Contribute to maintaining test documentation including test plans, test cases, and user guides.
Support regression testing, functional testing, and UI testing as required.
Learn and follow the company’s QA process and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.
Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test case management (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or any programming language is a plus.
Prior experience with internships or coursework related to software QA is a bonus.
Basic knowledge of API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman is a strong plus.
Basic understanding of Database and SQL queries for data verification.
Familiarity with AI desktop workspaces (e.g., Cursor, Codex, ...) is a bonus.
