Build and run live dashboards in BI platforms, ensuring they are current to the day.
Own end‑to‑end reporting for specific studio and project dashboards.
Translate raw metrics into actionable insights, flagging risks and impacts.
Support forecasting by building and maintaining trend, capacity, and velocity models.
Maintain data hygiene, including Jira data standards, and flag systemic gaps.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to automate data collection, synthesis, and routine reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc

2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational reporting
Solid SQL skills for querying and joining structured databases
Hands‑on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or Grafana
Working proficiency in JQL and a solid understanding of Jira data structures
Some hands‑on Python (pandas) or R for analysis and simple automation
Foundational quantitative skills: trend analysis and basic capacity/velocity modelling
Ability to translate data into clear, honest reads and raise appropriate risks
Comfortable using AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis and reporting
