Trách nhiệm chính

Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate activities across Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, and Commissioning to ensure vessels are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, class, flag, and quality requirements.
Drive project performance through proactive risk and opportunity management, data‑driven decision making using digital performance management tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Own financial performance of assigned projects: budget ownership, monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC), cost control, forecast accuracy, and margin protection.
Act as primary customer interface, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships throughout project execution, acceptance, delivery, and warranty phases.
Facilitate project lessons‑learned reviews and contribute to standardization of project management practices, templates, and reporting tools.

Yêu cầu công việc

Completed Bachelor or Master Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Good command of English language and computer skills.
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a managerial position or as entrepreneur.
Vietnamese language proficiency (Vietnamese Only).
