Develop and maintain VBA code based on business requirements.
Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
Support users in using the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) through collaboration with the internal support team.
Analyze and resolve issues reported by users via the ticketing system, actively communicating to clarify needs and ensure effective problem-solving.
Maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports in response to user or operational requirements.
Proactively stay up to date and contribute to the knowledge base with practical documentation.
