Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Fluent English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
Senior management experience with real profit and loss responsibility, ideally as a country head, general manager or business-unit lead.
A track record of leading teams and delivering in a project-based, deadline-driven business.
Experience in exhibitions, events, fit-out, construction or a related design-and-build industry is a strong plus, along with a network to match.
Sound understanding of doing business in Vietnam, including its commercial, tax and compliance environment.
