• Lead the Key Account (KAM) and Community Activator (CA) teams and manage the processes related to the management of the organization's Commercial operations.
• Plan, develop and deliver Commercial strategies that meet objective goals and ensure product volume and targets are achieved.
• Engage and influence cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, strategic acct lead and medical) to deploy resources needed in the region.
• Drive performance growth and optimize commercial channels in support of Takeda's mission to bring better health to people.
• Build a high-performing, engaged team that operates in full compliance with all applicable codes, laws and internal policies.
• Lead and manage the Key Account Management (KAM) and Community Activator (CA) teams, ensuring clear roles and accountabilities, effective territory allocation, and resource deployment aligned with business potential, community needs and regional priorities.
• Drive KAM and CA performance, productivity and conversion by monitoring agreed KPIs and business outcomes, analyzing performance data, and taking appropriate actions to improve execution and optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and execute HCMC and Mekong regional strategies and plans to deliver business objectives, product volume and performance targets.
• Build team capability and engagement through regular field coaching, feedback, training and development, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment between regional priorities, key account management and community activation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support effective execution and sustainable business growth.
• Ensure all commercial and community activation activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, industry codes, company policies and internal procedures.
• Provide regular business and performance updates to senior management, highlighting results, key challenges, opportunities and recommended actions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or a related field.
• Extensive vaccine and key account management experience.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant HCM and Mekong area and the local healthcare system.
• Account planning, negotiation, analytical, Digital and CRM skills.
• Fluency in the local language and good command of English.
