Design high-quality digital and marketing materials such as EDMs, campaign creatives, social media assets, catalogues, sales materials, presentations, and website graphics.
Create and improve website layouts, landing pages, wireframes, user flows, and UI designs with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Web Development teams to optimize website experience and campaign performance.
Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital and marketing materials.
Develop basic marketing and UI copy including headlines, calls-to-action, and supporting messages.
Contribute original creative concepts and design ideas.
Follow company brand guidelines and design systems across multiple OSG brands.
Maintain organized design files, templates, and UI components.
Stay updated with design trends and recommend best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, UI/UX, or similar.
Proficiency in Figma for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required; InDesign is an advantage).
Strong foundation in graphic design principles including layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and user-centered design.
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and respond constructively to feedback.
