Define, organize, and implement action plans to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with the development team to design testing strategies.
Develop detailed and structured test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases and identify, analyze, and report test results.
Track and monitor defects in the tracking system, manage product progress, and control development processes.
Support and mentor Intern Testers.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 0.5 years of experience in creating test cases, testing, and reporting.
Understand software development processes and testing phases.
Experience in creating Test Plans, designing Test Cases, and test data.
Experience in using Testing Tools for automation testing scripts, performance testing, and load testing.
Ability to read English documents related to IT.
Active, creative, enthusiastic, and capable of independent or team work.
Strong research and analytical skills and ability to work under high pressure.
Experience in using SQL queries and testing web and mobile applications.
Experience with testing management tools such as AzureDevops and TFS.
