Manage factory test stations from concept to sustaining.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams including CM and fixture vendors.
Manage overall test readiness from xVT to MP, including risk management and communication across functional teams.
Develop test strategies and optimize processes across the production line, including SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP.
Drive CPK, retest, and test issue resolution during manufacturing stages.
Work with CM on SOPs, test fixture readiness, cycle time/UPH, and line balance.
Manage schedules and plan deliverables for test engineering, including software drops, fixture qualification, and audits.
Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to develop test coverage and validate process flows and equipment designs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in manufacturing test engineering, covering fixture DFM, test automation, and test coverage optimization.
Experience in NPI for consumer electronics, specifically SMT and FATP test strategies, and driving quality metrics and Cpk.

12 years of experience in manufacturing test and program management.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in hardware test debugging, troubleshooting, Capex optimization, and failure analysis.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with international OEM partners for mass production.
Fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with international counterparts.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
