TERMS OF SERVICE
X-INTERVIEW - AI-POWERED INTERVIEW PRACTICE PLATFORM

1. General Introduction
X-Interview is a platform that helps users practice interviews using artificial intelligence (AI), including simulated questions, response evaluations, and suggestions to improve interview skills.
By registering an account and/or using the service, the user ("Candidate") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Definitions
Service: The X-Interview platform, including website, application, content, AI evaluations, and related features.
User / Candidate: An individual who registers and uses the service for interview practice.
User Content: Includes CVs, answers, audio recordings, videos, and input data submitted to the system.
3. Conditions of Use
Users commit to:
- Providing accurate information during registration.
- Maintaining account confidentiality.
- Not using the service for recruitment fraud.
- Not impersonating any person or organization.
- Not distributing illegal content.
- Not attacking or overloading the system.
X-Interview may temporarily suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Nature of Service and Disclaimer
X-Interview provides practice tools and AI-based feedback.
Evaluation results are for reference only.
We do not guarantee:
- That candidates will pass interviews.
- 100% accuracy of all feedback.
- Uninterrupted and error-free technical operation.
Users acknowledge that AI may generate outputs that are not fully accurate or may be subjective.
5. Intellectual Property
The system, algorithms, training content, and interface are owned by X-Interview.
Users must not:
- Copy or commercially exploit system assets without permission.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
- Redistribute system content.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content (CVs, answers, etc.) but grant X-Interview rights to use such data for service operations, AI improvement, and anonymized research analytics.
6. Privacy and Data
We may collect:
- Account information.
- CV and answer content.
- Audio/video files (if any).
- Usage behavior data.
Data may be:
- Stored on servers inside or outside Vietnam.
- Processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers.
We commit not to sell personal data to third parties and to apply reasonable security measures.
Users may request account and data deletion in accordance with applicable law.
ACCESS RIGHTS AND INFORMATION COLLECTION
- By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to collect the following information about you (including all changes and updates, if any): Personal Information, including information you provide to create your profile such as name, phone number, email address, etc.; and General Information, such as work experience, career orientation, job objectives, competency level, income, etc.
- You acknowledge and fully agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content, and authenticity of any profile or document you post on the X-Interview website using your account, and you fully agree to bear responsibility for any consequences arising from such posting. X-Interview shall not bear any legal liability for any loss or damage arising from a recruiter providing inaccurate data or infringing third-party rights.
- X-Interview has the right to suggest third-party services and products to you based on the relevant purposes you specify during registration and at any later time, or when you have agreed to receive them. These suggestions may be carried out by X-Interview or third parties.
- X-Interview has the right, at its sole discretion, to comply with legal requirements, requests from enforcement agencies, or requests from regulatory authorities ("Authorized Third Parties"), even where such compliance may include disclosure of certain User information. In addition, Authorized Third Parties are permitted to retain archived backup copies of User information. You understand and acknowledge that all information you provide, including Personal Information, profile data, and/or account information (including all changes and updates, if any), will be disclosed to potential recruiters on X-Interview when you provide your consent.
- You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account, and if you cancel your account on X-interview.com or your account is terminated, all of your account information on X-interview.com, including resume, Personal Information, cover letter, and saved jobs, will be marked as deleted and may be removed from the X-Interview Database and removed from any public area of X-interview.com. Information may continue to appear for a period of time due to delays in transmitting deletion signals through X-interview.com servers or due to requests from relevant authorities.
- If you complain that another User has committed an unlawful act or violated these Terms of Service, you shall bear all legal responsibility arising from that false complaint. If another person's lawful rights and interests are infringed, the complainant must bear all legal responsibility. If X-Interview suffers damage due to your false complaint, you must compensate X-Interview for all actual damages incurred.
- X-Interview has the right to delete your account and all your information after a long period of inactivity. The specific inactivity period will be balanced and decided by X-Interview on a case-by-case basis. You must obtain X-Interview's written consent if you wish to restore such information.
- X-Interview has the right to refuse or delete any data you provide if X-Interview deems that data inappropriate or in violation of company regulations, Vietnamese law, moral and cultural standards, or Vietnamese customs and traditions.
7. Service Plans and Payment
Some features may require paid subscription plans.
Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of serious system errors.
X-Interview reserves the right to change pricing, features, and plan structure with prior notice.
8. Legal Liability Cap
In all cases, X-Interview's total liability (if any) will not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the most recent 06 months.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of job opportunities.
- Indirect damages.
- Third-party hiring decisions.
9. Service Suspension or Termination
We may upgrade the system, modify features, or discontinue part/all of the service.
If the service is fully discontinued, users with remaining subscription periods will be considered for an appropriate handling plan.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Vietnam.
