Trách nhiệm chính
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre‑sales engagement for prospective clients to ensure the technical win.
- Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, calls and on‑site visits.
- Conduct and lead partners/customer on‑site solution evaluation.
- Provide first‑level technical support for solution evaluations.
- Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and assist in Project’s statement‑of‑work (SOW) documents to support system quotations.
- Maintain high conformity working with sales teams.
- Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years of proven experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
- Mandatory experience in the IT Outsourcing / Software Services industry.
- Professional experience as part of an enterprise company, including hands‑on field sales support, security consulting, pre‑sales engineering or similar experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites.
Mức lương
- Up to 40,000,000₫ per month.
