Trách nhiệm chính

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring, from job requisition to onboarding.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Source and attract quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, TopCV, Vieclam24h, Facebook, referrals, recruitment communities, and university partnerships.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Utilize competency-based interview techniques and assessment tools to identify the best talent.
• Negotiate offers, explain compensation & benefits packages, and ensure offers align with the approved hiring budget.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and hiring volume.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with high-volume (mass) recruitment.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, TopCV, VietnamWorks, Vieclam24h, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ATS or recruitment systems is an advantage.

• Competitive Salary: 8,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND/month + attractive KPI performance bonus.
