About This Job

- Provide exceptional service and full life cycle recruiting for Executive Hiring (both IT & non-IT).
- Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, team members, and cross‑functional team members.
- Communicate, advise, and report on sourcing and recruiting strategies, market trends, and health of candidate pipeline to the hiring manager and related stakeholders.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, building and maintaining a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building, and on‑going relationship management for short‑ and long‑term opportunities for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Present company and position value proposition and story in a compelling manner.
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- At least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in recruiting senior leadership and executive‑level talent, with a successful track record of managing end‑to‑end searches for critical and strategic roles.
- Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating and driving a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates through variety of channels.
- Proven experience partnering and building strong, productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Good English communication.
- Strong time management skills and teamwork.
