Take newly signed Vietnamese brand partners from introduction to retailer-ready: specification, costing, packaging, compliance, and everything a buyer needs to approve the program.
Own the operational path from approval to shelf — production timelines, shipment readiness, and coordination with our US fulfillment team — so product lands in stores as fast as possible.
Own retailer compliance for your brand partners — packaging approval, sample and testing programs, inspections, and factory audits.
Lead product development, cost, and production decisions for a portfolio of brand partners in Vietnam and other markets.
Know your categories deeply — how products are used, how they compare to what's on shelf — and bring options to buyer conversations.
Work through product and cost challenges alongside brand partner teams — driving the analysis, framing the options, and bringing decisions to closure.
Partner with our software team to improve the tooling you use every day, and apply our platform and AI tools as leverage to run more programs, faster, than would otherwise be possible.

Excellent written and spoken English — this is non-negotiable.
6–15+ years in supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, product development, or production management for consumer goods — ideally home & housewares — at a brand, retailer sourcing office, factory, or trading company.
Experience working with large US retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Target, or TJX is a significant plus.
Experience leading suppliers, partners, or cross‑functional projects to outcomes — you will lead our brand partner relationships. Formal people management is a plus, not a requirement.
Highly analytical and highly tech‑savvy — you pick up new tools quickly and use them to full effect.
A problem‑solver who brings things to completion and raises concerns early.
Strong project management: organized and detail‑oriented, able to run multiple brand partners and many SKUs against fixed retailer timelines.
Assertive and credible with supplier leadership while maintaining strong relationships.
Technical education (industrial engineering, supply chain management, applied mathematics, or similar) is an advantage.

Hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, with regular travel to suppliers across Vietnam.

You will report to our Senior Supply Chain Manager, based in Asia, and to our CEO in New York City.
You will operate independently from the start; this is a hands‑on role for someone who is a builder, not a manager.
You will work into the evening daily to allow a minimum of 3 hours of overlap with US East Coast hours, and will start later in the day Vietnam time. This is a strict requirement.
Direct exposure to how Costco, Target, and TJX buy, from inside a US company.
Real ownership of a market from day one, with the opportunity to grow into leadership as the Vietnam business scales.
